Return & Refund Policies
Return for personal reasons
You may return items within 15 days from the delivered date as long as the item is unused, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging. In each case, you must provide order information and the photo of the item , then contact us through email@example.com.
Please Note: the cost of shipping the item back to us will be paid by you, unless you received the incorrect item.
Return for product reasons
We can offer you replacements or return at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
- Items are faulty – damaged/broken upon arrival.
- We sent wrong item – size, type.
To return your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. Please note that our Standard Shipping are posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.
IF the item damaged or defective during warranty time, we will refund you part of purchase money according to the time of used, and customer need make sure the damage is not because of man-made sabotage.
